Mary Ann Sterling

In 1994 Mary Ann Sterling Started Grandparent Raising Grandchildren of Brevard Co FL Inc. to focus on relative caregivers and their families, providing quality, comprehensive support

Mrs. Sterling’s innovation provides training, counseling, and advocacy to the relative caregivers - in return for full-time parenting of neglected and abused children.
Mrs. Sterling is a grandmother with a vision to improve conditions for relative care families and the community who care for them. For her efforts she was named Florida's woman of the year honoree for 2023. 

Jim Proctor

Jim Proctor is a retired General Manager and VP of Engineering of L3Harris Corporation. He was a senior executive for program acquisition and execution of government contracts.
Jim has served on the GRG of Brevard Board of Directors as chairman for the past 8 years. He supports the organization through leadership, funding, and volunteering.

Lillian Hobson

Lillian and her husband Bill are raising two grandchildren and have been volunteers with GRG of Brevard for over 10 years. 
She provides constant contact with the community via social media. She is the event organizer for the annual golf tournament and various community fundraisers throughout the year.

Natasha Walsh

Natasha started with Grandparents Raising Grandchildren of Brevard Co FL Inc in 2019. Mary Ann and Natasha work  together to provide quality service to our clients. 

Ms. Walsh arranges speakers for T.A.R..G.E.T Training courses and Support Groups., she's always looking for new grants and maintaining the current grants received by the agency. 

Mike Thomas

Mike Thomas is a retired Vice President-Controller L3Harris Corporation, Government Communication Systems Division. He joined the Board of Directors over 5 years ago and has been instrumental in providing financial stewardship and helping to grow the organization.
